Mouse/Keyboard disabled in Windows 7 Install

The mouse and keyboard work in BIOS. It is only when we get to the windows 7 install screen. When it asks for a language and keyboard setting, the mouse and keyboard turn off. I have tried USB 2.0 ports, but nothing seems to work.

ASrock AB350M

OS- Microsoft Windows 10 64-bit

If you want Windows 7 be prepared for limited Microsoft support. There are several guides available on getting it to work and the USB problem. Have you done a search for a guide?
