Mouse & Keyboard does not work

Hello there,
I have a strange problem with my computer.
The mouse and keyboard does not work on the OS it just works on the bios
That happend after I installed the USB 3.0 and the other drivers. (After reboot)
So, Is there any solution for this problem?

4GB G.skill 1600 mhz CL9
MSI B85-G43 Gaming
Seasonic M12~~ 620W PSU

Do any mice or keyboards work in any usb or ps2 ports

In Control Panel, Hardware and Sound, Device Manager are any of the usb devices not working? - ! in a Yellow Triangle?

Why did you re-install drivers? From disk or download?

Nothing works at all on windows, Just in bios (USB3.0, 2.0 and ps2) so I have to shutdown the pc manually using the shutdown button of my computer case.
When the windows starts, I become unable to use the mouse or keyboard, I can't even shutdown the system properly
I installed the drivers for the first time, It's a new build

Try reinstalling Windows again without driver installation.

Windows has its own drivers for standard (HID) peripherals which most keyboards work with.

The first thing to do it to get Windows to work. To do that you have to undo your driver install. To do that you have to re-install Windows.

Have you got the driver disk that came with your motherboard? If so, use that next time instead of whatever you downloaded. Did you download the drivers from your motherboard website or somewhere else?
