Hi guys. I built my current computer 4 years ago. It was been great and served me well. Now I was planning to get a new rig and give my computer to my sister but after I wiped the harddrive windows 10 setup doesn't recognize the attached keyboard and mouse.
It boots to the stream that says "hi there" then prompts me to select my country, language etc from a drop down box. The problem is my peripherals are non responsive even though they are clearly on (lights are on). They work in bios and I have made sure everything is in order there. I've made sure that they were plugged into usb 2.0 rather than 3.0 and then tried every single usb port.
I'm really stumped guys. I could use some help. Normally I wouldn't care since I'm getting a new rig anyways but my sister was really looking forward to it. Motherboard is asrock z68 extreme gen 3 if that matters.
