Recently about a month ago my mouse and keyboard started to do this thing where randomly (mainly when gaming) my mouse will stutter across the screen as shown in the video and my keyboard input will also be delayed until it stops. It can last anywhere between 5 to 20 seconds I've seen. I've updated BIOS, changed a few BIOS settings, updated drivers and nothing has fixed the issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

550W is the advertised wattage, while 80+ Gold is the 80+ efficiency rating of the PSU. What is the make and model of the unit? How old is the PSU? What OS are you working with? If you're on Windows 10, what version(not edition) of the OS are you on? On another note, you're advised to have at least 600W of power for the entire system when you're working with an RX Vega 56 GPU, more when you want to have headroom...I'd also advise on sourcing a donor PSU that has 650W for the entire system's disposal and see if the issue persists.

Thanks for the reply. The PSU is a Rosewill Photon and it's about 2 years old. Windows 10 version is 10.0.19042 Build 1904. I can get a new PSU and see if that solves the issues, which one would you recommend? Could I just get a completely new fully-modular PSU and just swap out all of the cables and send it?

EDIT: I found this Corsair PSU and it's relatively cheap, is it good?
