Question Mouse Lag In Games

I am experiencing mouse lag/ slow mouse movement in game. I can temporarily fix this by alt tabbing out of game and tabbing back or by not moving my mouse for 10-20 seconds. How can i permanently fix this? Thanks in advance to any replies!
