Mouse Lag / Stutters

I really need an answer on this. Im having terrible mouse lag in any game i play. this literally just started happening to me when everything was fine. My specs: Amd fx-8350, Msi 970 gaming, Hyper 212 evo, Hyper x fury 8gb, Msi R9 390 gaming 8g, and a corsair rm 650. My mouse is a corsair raptor m45 if i need to include that. ive read like 5 or 6 threads and did what they told me to do and nothing works. im considering buying a whole new mouse. Im also on windows 10 pro ( still needs to be activated ), I've also ran malware scans and avast antivirus software and nothing has shown up to be removed. i've also used driver agent and it found nothing. any help would be appreciated

Hmm, try borrowing someones mouse and see if the problem remains
