Hi, I builded myself a custom computer four months ago, and still have the same components in my pc since this time. The problem is that, about 1 month ago, My mouse seems to have little lags, mostly while gaming. For example, the mouse acts like if I hadn't moved it, didn't receive the "event" that I have clicked the a button on the mouse or that I hold a mouse button, and it randomly lost that I'm currently holding it (Like if I was aiming in a game, and the aim go out suddently without me having stopped holding the button). First I though it was a mouse problem, so I connected another mouse, and when the problem happened, I tried the second one, and it did the same as the first. So I don't think the problem is the mouse, but maybe something else.

Here are my specs :

CPU : AMD FX-8320 (New, not OC, with Cooler Master 212 Plus)
RAM : Corsair Vengeance 1600 4 GB x 2 (New)
MOBO : ASUS M5A97 LE R2.0 (New)
GPU : Nvidia Geforce GTS 450 (3-4 years)
HDD : WD Blue 500 Go (Almost never used)
PSU : LSP Ultra 550W (Have some years)

I have also tried to change of HDD in case it was a HDD problem / OS problem (too many programs in background), but it did the same with the second HDD). And I did some research to be sure everything could be together (CPU compatibility with MOBO and RAM) before buying all this, so it shouldn't be a compatibility issue, but if you think it could be this, or I missed something, I'll give it a try !

I also done some test for the heat (Was constantly watching this in the 2 first months while playing BF3 / BF4) and all was good (Except GPU heating a little bit, reaching at his maximum 71C I think), a memtest, changed the frequency of the RAM (setted it to 1600 instead of 1333 in bios) and made some stress test for CPU for about 4-5 hours, and all temps were good.

So, if anyone has any suggestion on what could be the problem ? Thanx !

Edit Reason : Added info about tests I have made

My resolution is 1280 x 1024 (I have an old monitor, HP L1706, not widescreen). Thx for the suggestion, but why changing the resolution could help for my problem?

Thanks

funny thing, same happens to my Logitech G602, its so horrible, i searched for a solution for like a year and gave up!

made threads in 3 different forums and all of them went like 8 pages 😀

Okay... :/ I had logitech mouses (mostly M310) for my laptop in the last years and for my gf laptop (about 3-4 M310) and never had any problem like this (Except my first that was having a lot of difficulty on almost any surface after some time, but not from time to time like the one I have right now, and I had no click problems. And like I said, I tried another mouse (M310, almost never used and working fine on my laptop) and I still had the click problems too (so it's not my computer's mouse surface that's causing the problem). And I also sometimes have little lags in game (like lost of fps), and even if it's not a really ressource-asking game (like gmod, CS:GO, or currently, Robocraft)

So I don't think the problem is my mouse, since I could install it on my laptop without any problems.

Anyway, I wish you to find your problem one of those days ! Keep up and stay positive ! 😀

me too :)

i had MX518 slim keyboard G510 Speakers Headsets and mousepads

i currently have Logitech speakers 2(1 as a gift for my father) mouses 1 mousepad and 1 headsets and non even made me slightly unhappy ! im a trueLogitech fan 😀 lol

but this one is weird, it might be my pc problem

2-3 months ago it even stop being recognized in LGS, i don't have any computers around me to try on !

i most try to fresh install windows or driers maybe !!!(i tried installed windows with without keyboard, internet, ect and still it lagged )
