I just bought a new mouse earlier today and I was trying it just now. When I bought it, the guy tried it for me and I saw it changing colors. Now, when i tried it in my home, it's only stuck on red. I asked my friend (he bought another one with me) if his changes colors and he told me it does. I checked internet but i couldn't find any answer to it. It's one of those "cheap" mice so it doesn't really have a brand written on its box so i don't even know the manufacturer to check their website for drivers. i tried using Driver Booster and windows normal updating tool and they both said drivers are installed normally and its drivers are up-to-dates. I checked control panel and there is nothing about something special to the mouse. I also pressed the CPI button a lot, tried holding it, and tried holding it and pressing it with other buttons but it still is stuck on red. Any idea how to fix it? (I also tried it on another laptop and it was still the same).
BTW, i don't mind it that much but i was just wondering why it's stuck even though it was changing in the store. Also, it's working normally so it doesn't matter that much
