Mouse light wont turn off when computer is off!

Hey guys! Im using a CM Storm Devastator keyboard and mouse combo, but I've had a little problem from day one when I started using it. The light on the mouse will not turn off even when I power down my custom PC. In the ASRock BIOS is there any way to disable the light from it still remaining on?

check that wake from usb is off and usb battery charging is off. a lot of new mb have a battery charge feature that keep power to the usb ports to recharge phones and other devices.
