Mouse, Low Budget

I am looking for a good mouse for my $30 budget. I want a good mouse which can last me a good while. I don't want to have the issue with double clicking when I press once like my last one. I prefer laser but I would take a good cheap optical one. I just need 3/5 buttons. As well I want one that has a good look to it and doesn't feel like a $1 product.

I've been happy with cheap Logitech mice. Something like http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826104379 would do. It has a tilt wheel, giving you two additional functions.
I also have one of these: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16826104250 and reviewed it on 7/20.
