Hi, my psu since yesterday it's making a coil whine when i move the mouse cursor and sometimes idle, the only recent thing i did was put the PC laydown just to changue some hdd and after that not matter what hdd i have the noise starter.

sometimes it's end for a second but start again for awhile. right know i have my PC with the same parts as always, i check the BIOS for some option it may trigger that but i just cant find nothing relevant and other internet fixes didn't help either

Asus sabertooth 990fx
AMD 8350
320gb WD SATA II i just tested a SSD 240gb kingstong UV400 (thats when the noise startert)
2 stick 4x2 corsair 1333 ram ddr3
EVGA 1060 6gb
PSU EVGA 600B

Thanks for your replys

Solution
Unfortunately there's not that much that can be done about coil whine.
It's either degradation in the dampers around the coil or it's resonating with other components.

The prior can only be fixed by replacing components within the PSU, the latter with replacing components outside the PSU.
Either way, usually replacing the PSU is the best solution.

My PSU started to have coilwhine from one day to another like yours. It were very loud, and unbearable without a headset with high volume. I tried taking it out, then a screw fell out of the PSU. I have no idea to how it came into it, but the coilwhine stopped.
