Mouse making drawing tablet unusable

For some reason whenever I have my mouse and drawing tablet plugged in at the same time, it makes my mouse constantly go to the bottom right of my main monitor. I also noticed that it seems to make the pen of the drawing tablet glitch out. This has only happened after I got a new mouse, anyone have any idea what the problem is? Thanks

You may be able to go to settings and change the input of the drawing tablet.

The pen seems to work after I unplug my mouse, right when i plug it back in with my tablet on it jumps back to the bottom left.
