Mouse mat came curled

I recently got my mouse mat and it came curled up. It's very annoying and i'm wondering what solution i could do to fix this issue. I was wondering if i could put a cloth over it and then iron it. Its a Steelseries QCK Heavy.

They are all shipped that way for the most part. Just let gravity do its thing, lay it flat and use it.

You can roll it the opposite way and leave it for awhile.
