[SOLVED] mouse misfunction

i have been having this issue on and off for over a year. i use an MMO gaming mouse. and i hold down both left and right buttons to move. how ever periodically it was stop and start running while im holding down. i went through 3 roccat NYTH mice and now i have a razer naga trinity. and still same issue. i have narrowed down recent that its the right mouse button. i would hold down the right mouse and in game i see my mouse icon disappear (like it should) and randomly reappear briefly and disappear. however now that i have seen this issue through 4 mice and 2 seperate brands im thinking its not the mouse. does anyone have any idea what my issue could be?
its a wired mouse currently using a USB 3.0 port
could it be a driver issue?

specs.
win10
I7 4770k cpu
patriot ddr3 ram. (unknown speed)
MSI RTX2080 GPU

EDIT: talking with my boss he introduced a new thoery. the game im playing is Final Fantasy 14 online. and it could be a game issue

Is it only happening in one game specifically?

If so and its happened on 4 different mice...its most likely the game itself.

im testing it on another game. problem is i cant easily replicate the issue as its random. but after discussing with other people i would agree at the moment that its probably the game.
