Mouse not clicking after opening a metro app

I have this weird problem, whenever I open a metro app, Idk if it's a metro app but for example the search feature that opens a new window metro style, or the control panel, whenever I open those and close it my mouse wont click anymore and the system will play beeping sounds when I use the mouse, beep through speakers, Any ideas why? What is likely the cause and can this be fixed? Thanks guys
