Mouse Not working after accidentally unplugging Pc

Last Night I brought my Pc to a friends to help him out with a project, after I was finished I came home plugged my pc in and everything was fine, after maybe 3 minutes I tripped over a cord and unplugged it. when I plugged it back in I noticed the RGB on my mouse was not working, but the red light under the mouse was on, but when I tried to use the mouse it just would not work. another thing I found strange was when I was using a different mouse to try and troubleshoot it, was the sound that windows makes when you plug a device in, when I tried my mouse It would not make any sound at all? please help

Yes I have tried every port
