Hello online forum world,

I usually have an easy time trouble shooting my own problems using forums like these but this is getting ridiculous for me.
So for the past several months, my computer was becoming noticeably more jittery, especially during the first 10 or so minutes of startup where it would lag spike consistently.
Last night, I was playing csgo when it crashed (stuck on one frame and replaying a second of the same audio over and over and over and...over). So i restarted and my computer wouldn't even turn on. So I reconnected some connectors and it booted. Then out of no where, my mouse wasn't working properly. It would move and scroll but wouldn't register clicks. I could not find out what was going on...So did a quick search to find out stuff like, using usb 2.0 instead of 3, turning off and on psu while holding power button, unplugging the mouse device, then boot so it would reinstall and stuff like that and I tried it all...it didnt work. I assumed it was thermals since my computer was quite dusty.
The next day I cleaned out my computer, new thermal paste and dusted, and now...it still doesn't work. I know my mouse isn't broken because
1) for some odd reason, it would move and click just fine in the BIOS.
2) it worked on other computers
3) I plugged in another mouse in the computer and it doesn't work either.
Yeah... so in the BIOS it works but after logging into my computer for a few seconds, it stops clicking. Coincidentally, a Microsoft security error pops up also at the time it stops clicking. Maybe it has to do something with that? I want to check the drivers but I CANT CLICK ON ANYTHING.

I am very frustrated right now and it has served a lot of inconvenience for me. If anyone knows any useful solutions, please... I am begging you.

Interesting...I got the chance to click on restart with shift before the error popped up.
I did a system recovery but it supposedly failed BUT it did solve the issue...
I will update how long this will last.
Thanks for your help.
