Mouse Not Working

Hey Guys!

I have a fnatic flick gaming mouse, One day i was playing a game when the mouse stopped working. It is recognised by the computer and all the drivers are up to date. The red light underneath the mouse is also lit however the mouse just dosen't respond at all.

I would really appreciate so help as the fnatic guys at the live chat are useless and keep telling me to do the same things over and over again (which are not working).

Does the mouse work properly on an alternate system?

Then the mouse is likely defective and should be replaced/returned/exchanged. No amount of troubleshooting is likely to help resolve the issue.
