A weird thing happen to me today.I turn on the computer, and my mouse moves on the wrong direction. When i move right it goes left and when i move up it goes down and vice versa.Restart the computer few times, the same results.Checked mouse settings but cannot find anything to correct the problem.
Computer specs:
Windows 10
Mouse:Logitech performance mx
Motherboard:Asus z170-A

Any ideas ?

Solution
Before took out the battery out, which solved the problem,i used an old wired usb mouse and worked correctly. So i removed the battery from the performance mx mouse for 30 sec and after that worked fine.
yes lucas.Dual monitors.
I just fix problem by mistake.Took out the battery for 30sec and now works normal. Was something wrong inside the mouse.I hope it will not happen again.

I have same mouse but.. it's settings don't really have the choice of customizing X and Y axis directions.
Any chance you are using something else like autohotkey? with some scripts, that would be possible in there.
There also seems to be few other custom toys to invert mouse axis on the net if you google about it.

In case all else fails, have you tried "restore defaults" button on logitech setpoint software? bear in mind that it resets settings to default only on selected page, not all of them. Also in earlier versions of setpoint, there was supposedly hidden X/Y axis inverting options that were removed on later ones.
