Win 7 x64 Ultimate
Logitech G700s & software
Three monitors each at 1920x1200 not using nVidia Surround and never have. One monitor on top in an inverted T.
For reference, the option in Control Panel > Mouse for the pointer to move to the default dialogue box is not enabled and has never been enabled, so it's not that.
Whenever I open a new program or window, the mouse pointer will move to the centre of the newly opened window. If I close a window, the mouse pointer moves to the centre of the newly focused window. This means I can't just close lots of windows at once as my mouse moves of its own accord each time I close one window.
It's driving me up the wall and I can't figure out what's causing it. I've uninstalled my mouse drivers from device manager as well as the Logitech drivers themselves. If I click on Firefox, Thunderbird or Outlook on my taskbar, these programs open up on my right monitor (as intended) but the mouse pointer moves to the upper left of my middle monitor.
has anyone experienced anything like this and can assist please? I want my mouse to return to the behaviour it had before Saturday where if I click on an icon to open a program or window, the mouse stays where it is without moving.
