Mouse pointer not visible,stationed but buttons are working fine.

Hello fellow people from tomshardware!

Today i have a problem going on with my mouse pointer, now before i get started ill be listing out my specs of my rig

Mouse: Razer Naga 2012
Asrock H71M-DGS
Intel i5-3470 3.2
8gb Ram
Leadtek GTX 760 OC
1TB Seagate HD drive
lastly, WIndows 8 Pro

now after 2 years of having this computer (thats at least how long i could remember), everything was working fine with my mouse, I bought it in Wallmart when i was visiting America in 2012 and until now it was working fine, Love the razer products but lately ive been having the problem where when I start up the computer, my mouse pointer does not show up, now the left click and the right along with all my other buttons work, but i dont seem to see it neither can i move the mouse, itll always be stuck at the middle. I managed to finally pop out make it move by spamming all my buttons on my mouse and suddenly it just reappeared. After another reboot and boom itll be the same until i spam for about 5 minutes for it to reaapear.

I tried reinstalling razer synapse and run tons of troubleshooting now and it says it detects no problem with the hardware, its working fine. So im guessing its something in with the system? Tried googling this but sadly no one seems to be having my problem.

Have you tried a different mouse? It sounds to me like the problem is the mouse itself. Just borrow one from a friend for testing or pick up a cheap mouse somewhere. Also, check for the latest drivers here: http://drivers.razersupport.com/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=view&_m=downloads&_a=view

You don't say what country you are in but, since you bought it in the US, you should probably be using the drivers from the US website.

Im in the ASEAN country , Malaysia , and i havent tried using another mouse, but ill try that later today.
