Mouse pointer problems

Hello,
So I've recently had an issue with my pointer acting odd. I first noticed it in World of Warcraft. AS I hold down the right click to move my camera it would suddenly unclick itself. Also the pointer would act like it hit a wall (stop mid move, then start up again a second later.) I thought it was something in the game like an add-on or compatibility issues. So I messed with the game settings for awhile, disabled add-ons, and the problem was still there. A day or two later I realized even with the game closed and on my desktop it would hit the same wall for just a second. So I disabled/reinstalled drivers and nothing. I switched mouses, nothing. I went to ipoint.exe and changed compatibility to Windows 7 and Vista, nothing. I ran Malwarebytes and no issues there. I checked to make sure it wasn't a CPU/Memory/Disk issue. This also happens on my fiances laptop but not as often as for her. We are both using Blackweb Wireless Bluetrace Mouses (Mice? Lol.) Again, I don't believe it's the mouse itself because I used a completely different one and the issue was still there. I've ran out of ideas and researching has lead me no where. It's not a huge issue, but enough to be annoying and happening more frequently now. What else could I try? Could it be something to do with Windows 10 updates since it's happening on both my desktop and her laptop? Any feedback would be wonderful, thanks!

Yes, I've went into the settings and messed with the mouse itself for awhile as well. I'm in the middle of uninstalling the couple latest Windows updates to see if the problem still remains or not. Other than doing this, I'm truly at a loss.

Update: So removing Windows updates did nothing. I reinstalled them and continued my hunt for this annoying problem. I tried a few other options I found but none seemed to work. Finally, after days of looking into this, I just found one that may have fixed my issue. I disabled Cortana and SO FAR I haven't had any freezing. If it persists later on I'll reply though.

Well, it's worked so far for about 12 hours. Then it just did it to me for about a minute and hasn't started back up. I'm wondering if some kind of system process is interfering with my mouse...? I don't expect an answer honestly. I've exhausted about all options i could possibly find on the internet aside from wiping everything and reinstalling Windows. However, if anyone out there has had a similar issue I would love to hear about it. Maybe, just MAYBE, it will help me out.

Oh, maybe this will help point someone smarter than me in the right direction. As I was playing WoW, it glitched for a second. The game paused and the music was repeating. That's when the mouse pointer acted up again after 12 hours of what I thought was me fixing it.

My graphics card is newer - I bought a Nvidia GTX 950. My processor is AMD Athlon II X3 455 3.30 GHz. 8GB of RAM.

Now I know the processor is severely outdated compared to the card. I don't know if this would have anything to do with the mouse pointer acting like it hit a wall before going again or not, but thought I'd throw in my specs as well.

Thanks in advance!
