Mouse pointer shakes weirdly!

Hello there everybody

So my USB mouse shakes on its own it moves all around the screen by itself without touching it and when i actually use the mouse to point at something or click at some certain folder its like impossible it keeps shaking and moving all around I thought it was a mouse fault maybe i bought a new one tried it on my pc the problem is still there boughts tons of mouses and the problem was never solved i thought it was the computer's fault maybe the motherboard was messed up then i bought a new computer the same problem still there also with the USB keyboard it acts really crazy some buttons work some others dont same problem im so confused i even plugged on of these mouses into my laptop the laptop's mouse became so shaky also this is confusing please someone help me figure out whats wrong thanks

these new mouses are getting infected !!!!!
I am joking.
idk, if it comes for me i would test different mices and see if the problem is from the mouse or from the computer, but generaly, this issue would be caused by the mouse it self and its sensor.
and you can try to reinstall its driver.
