[SOLVED] Mouse Pops Up on Screen During Games

I've been having this problem for roughly a week now, where I'm playing a game (doesn't matter which one) and suddenly I'll lose control of it. My controllers won't work, and I see that the mouse cursor has popped up on the screen. I then have to click on the game screen again to get back into it. This can happen at VERY inconvenient times, causing me to be defeated by an enemy or whatever.

I've looked around on the internet for a solution, and there seems to be dozens of them, none of which apply to my situation. Nothing about my system has changed, so why this would happen so suddenly is a mystery to me.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

Okay, well, I figured out a fix for this. I realized that this problem started when I removed one monitor. When I hooked it back up the problem went away.

Go figure.
