Mouse problems Win7 64-bit

Hi, I recently downloaded some files and window 7 force downloaded to my computer. After removing these, my mouse is now slow and jumps across the screen making it impractical to use for anything, additionally it is disappearing and the click function doesn't work properly. It will sometimes highlight but usually it won't do anything else. I've tried a lot of fixes including changing processors, virtual memory, adjusting settings and so on. Please help even clicking to post is infuriating as the cursor jumps everywhere around the button but on it!

Physical memory is usually running at 40% and when I open task manager it drops quickly from 79% to around 4-9% as it opens
