Question Mouse randomly disconnects along with audio ?

I'm having this weird issue where my mouse (logitech g203) is randomly disconnecting and when it does that my audio also cuts out (hyperx cloud II wireless). I have no idea if this is a hardware or software issue though I assume the latter. I have tried reinstalling USB drivers, disabled windows cutting power to USB devices and I have tried reinstalling both devices respective software. Also, if I disconnect and reconnect the mouse both of them work again temporarily. Any help appreciated.

Update your post to include full system (laptop) specs and OS information.

Are you able to test other known working headsets/headphones and mice on the laptop?

Or try the headset/headphones and the mouse on another known working computer?

Determine if the problem follows mouse and/or headset. Either individually or as a "pair".

Could be other corrupted files. Try "sfc /scannow" and "dism".
