[SOLVED] Mouse randomly freezes in certain games

For some reason, my mouse freezes in a few random games.
I have a Razer Naga Chroma, I tried USB 2 and 3 yet both had the problem
The games with this issue:
Monster Hunter World
Rainbow Six Siege
Titanfall 2

The strange thing is, it isn't consistent at all, none of those games are on the same engine, or have the same developers/publishers. Other games from the same companies/same engines work fine (Like Apex Legends and CS:GO works, Titanfall 2 doesn't).
I updated by USB drivers, and tried swapping around the ports, same issue
It's persisted across Windows updates, but I don't think I've always had this issue (with R6 at least).
I tried swapping mouses to one I know works, the issue persisted. The Razer Naga Chroma also worked on another PC.

I don't know what other info/debugging steps are helpful in this situation, but I'm open to try anything.

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.
