Mouse randomly stops moving then starts moving again a few seconds later..

Hello,
I have noticed this one thing with my mouse recently.
When I am playing video games, or watching YouTube, the cursor stops. It
will not let me move it side to side or up and down, but I can still click
and use scroll wheel and everything else on it but move it. Then, a few
seconds later, it moves again. Repeat over and over again and it gets
really annoying and it throws me off especially when I am playing video
games. I do not know what to do so I am contacting you.

A wired razer naga chroma. i have tried moving it to a few different ports.

Try using another mouse pad or different type of surface. Sometimes what you're mousing on can throw off the optical sensor.

Lense cleaner or screen wipes for the optic sensor and look close for any scratch marks.

Try another usb port or mouse if have spare

i think it stopped but i am not sure

What did you do?

- Cleansing mouse.
- Switch Usb ports
- Re-install drivers
- Cleanse mouse pad
