[SOLVED] Mouse requires to hold down left click

Hello.

My wireless mouse suddenly requires me to hold down the left button for it to register. I changed batteries and USB ports to no avail, and I don't have another PC to try the mouse with at the moment. What should I do?

Edit: Windows 10 Pro with the latest update. Desktop.

Edit 2: Edit: I got to try it on a Mac laptop just now. Turns out, the problem is with the mouse.
