Should Nvidia have used Ethernet to stitch together Blackwell GPUs?

Question Mouse scroll not working at all I tried 3 different mouse still the same. Mouse wheel option is also missing I tried two different driver aswell still

BTW Could it be due to the missing PCI Driver?
