I play the game cs:go alot and I would like to have the same sensitivity in windows as ingame.
I play with 1.35 sensitivity and 500 dpi ingame.
6/11 in windows = 1.0 sens?
7/11 = 1.5? too high if this is true
can I make a custom value?
what happens if I put raw input off? will my ingame sens get higher? lower?

Solution
Believe me i do "Aim" in auto cad much more and clicking faster than any web browser can open pages and i do not think it is about sensitivity since i use different on work place and at home.

I do not know how long are you in Counter strike (Im since 1.6) The thing about aiming heads is training, tap shoot and right cursor positioning.
1) get aim map from workshop for reflex and fast aiming training and tap shooting
2) remind yourself to hold cursor in head level (you would not believe how important is this and how small number of players realy think about it). i did place sticky note on monitor frame to remind me each time i play. Also best way to find where is your mouse placement each game is to watch own demo (also helps realize...
for CS:GO you need to have raw input on. also turn off on your control panel Enhance pointer precision.
Raw input removes all enhances of mouse, Smoothing/acceleration boosts or nerfs, so as name say all you have rawest input of your mouse (you have control)

If you play CS:GO go to dust 2 play with bots. kick all bots using console and choose T side.
on t spawn when you start go to tunnels is ruined car, and there is wall with stickers on it.

put mouse on 1 sticker and trye move left right and stay with mouse on that 1 sticker...

If your mouse is in front of sticker while moving your sensitivity is low. if is behind is too high.
Also your 180 degree turn should be length of half mouse mat. so 360 turn whole mouse mat.

These are basic directions to get good sensitivity. there is no rule what is correct number. just find yours :)

The reason why I want my same sens in windows as in csgo is because I lose my precision when I browse the web. When I open the game again I can't aim because the sensitivity is different

That is not true. Especially if you are thinking about lose first or first few games than when you get back in precision it start better. I am working with same mouse 9h a day as drafter with one sensitivity and when i come home i use it for CS:GO with different sensitivity. And do it 5 days a week. The thing is CS:GO is much faster than normal usage of PC. And best thing is train before Matchmaking. I usually play aim map with bots for 30 min than go i matches. It is all about eyes not sensitivity. Lets say you need to train your eyes for reflexes and responses. Not set up mouse every time.

well everyone is different and I have to do deathmatch for over 2 hours to get my aim back each time... pretty annoying and I think it's because of this other sensitivity in windows that im getting used to

Than you will need to wait another person to help you. I am still thinking it is not because of sensitivity it is about reflexes and train before each playing session. I do warm up for 30 min before each session and it helps a lot. If you manage to improve just because of same sensitivity please note me so i can change my opinion :)

I think it would help since I "aim" in the browser aswell when I click things fast. If I move my cursor really fast and try to hit the targets I should get more used to it and also hit more heads ingame 😉 just my opinion

If you have your ingame sensitivitiy right and disable all helps for mouse (raw input on) you should be better with fiew min of training a day
