Mouse in game runs wild whenever i turn left or right or when im shooting When i turn to the right or left it keeps changing the sensitivity i guess cause it's not consistant.
Tried 3 Different Mousepads Including Zowie PSR, Steelseries Heavy , Steelseries QCK+. all the same
Enhanced Pointer Precision always OFF.

Solution
all the drivers for my motherboard is installed via app called Armoury Crate
Armoury Crate does not offer downloads for all drivers.
only those related to the Crate software and needed for proper communication between that software and your motherboard or other supported devices.

Audio, USB, Storage, Chipset, etc
all need to be manually downloaded and installed by the user from the specific board's manufacturer product support page(s).
But don't know how.
you would need to type in your motherboard model number into the search pane in the ASUS website.
from it's product info page select the Support tab.

if the issue persists over multiple mice;
than you either need to adjust sensitivity settings in Windows,
possibly reinstall any latest motherboard USB drivers directly from the manufacturer support page,
or if Windows just isn't properly reading the mice's dpi - perform a fresh drive wipe & OS install(not just a refresh).

if the mouse has any proper control software of it's own;
try using that to set the vertical & horizontal speed or it's average dpi.

Sensitivity in windows is set at - 6/11
Mouse Acceleration - Pointer Enhanced is turned OFF.
Tried to Uninstall USB CONTROLLER HUB - same.
Tried to Wipe out & Reinstall Windows 2 times.

possibly reinstall any latest motherboard USB drivers directly from the manufacturer support page
Tried to Uninstall USB CONTROLLER HUB - same.
these would not be the same thing.
your motherboard has particular drivers for it's onboard USB controller(s).
any USB "hub" connected is it's own separate USB host.

you should be installing the latest USB drivers from the motherboard manufacturer's support page.
even if you claim you're drivers are "UP-TO-DATE", this can still fix many issues that arise.
