Mouse sensitivity weird on system reset

I had to reset my system for some other problem, and when I came back I set my sensitivity and DPI to the same it was before. As well as the windows sens. The sensitivity feels WAY off, almost delayed. I use a razer deathadder. Any ideas? Im mainly playing minecraft.

Mainly try out the pointer speed to see if it helps. but the acceleration will help with games that have weird mouse movement.
