Mouse Settings Resetting on PC Restart

I am on a desktop PC that I built myself and I'm using a Razer DeathAdder Chroma mouse. Every time I restart my PC, my mouse settings reset to default and I have to manually change them back to what I prefer. I am aware that there are many threads out there already that have a solution to this problem, but all of those solutions are for laptops. It involves messing with regedit and changing values for Synaptics Touchpads. Since I am on a desktop PC, this does not work for me. Any help or solutions would be greatly appreciated!

Delete the xml-file in the C:\ProgramData\Razer\Synapse\Devices\Kraken 7.1 Chroma\Profiles folder and restart. Then set your profile and sync. Im not sure if this is the fix but give it a shot
