Question Mouse shocks me and screen flickers pls help

so recently I got shocks from my mouse and the screen flickered when I get shocks now my question is how do I fix this, what is the issue and will this hurt my components inside such as gpu, cpu, mobo.

You can only get shocks if you have a Metal Mouse, do you have a Metal Mouse?
if so name brand/model
Also which country are you in.

It’s a plastic mouse from cooler master and I’m in Canada
