Mouse stopped scrolling

New Windows 7 build. Cordless mouse stopped scrolling. Just twitches occasionally. Mouse works fine with a different computer. HELP??

Locate the mouse in device manager and delete it. Reply yes if it asks if you want to uninistall software.
When its done with this step, unplug the mouse, wait until after you hear the 'unplugged usb' sound and then plug it back in. It should re-install the drivers.

Gear Head Nano Optical wireless. Worked good for a year, built new computer with 7 and quit scrolling after 6 months. Works perfect with wifes laptop. Her mouse does not scroll on my computer either. Don't think it's the mice.

Tried 0, 3 and 5. Nada.
