Question Mouse stops working

When I use my computer my mouse works fine until it either pauses for a few seconds or stops working completely. The only fix is to unplug then plug in but after a while the same thing just happens again. All the buttons and the mouse cursor stops working. I have a Steelseries Rival 700.

Does the mouse behave the same if you use it on another computer ?
