"hello my cursor stuck in the middle of the screen sometimes it starts working automatically but sometimes not i hv to restart my laptop then it starts working but sometime restarting laptop is useless windows 7 hp laptop"

Use a mouse pad if you're not already, because it may just be a problem where the mouse is unable to accurately see the surface it's on. If it's a wireless mouse, switch the batteries out for new ones and see if that helps.
