My son is having mouse stutter. His old build was this....

CPU: Intel I5-4690k
Ram: G-Skill Trident X 16GB{8x2} 2133mhz
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 3
GPU: EVGA RTX 2070 ULTRA Xc
Storage: Samsung 850 EVO 500GB SSD
Samsung 850 EVO 120GB SSD
WD 1TB HHD
PSU: Corsair RM850
Case: Zallman Z11 Neo
Cpu Cooler: Cryorig H5 Ultimate
Monitor: Dell 27' 2560x1440p 144hz 1ms Gsync
Mouse: Razer Deathadder Chroma
Keyboard: HyperX Alloy Elite RGB
Mic: Yeti Blackout
Headset: Corsair Void Pro RGB

Then we upgraded a few parts. New parts are....

I9-9900K
ASRock Z390 Taichi
Corsair Vengeance LPX 2x16gb 3200mhz
Corsair H150i Pro
6 Corsair hd120 case fans
Lian Li pc-011 dynamic

CPU temps average 41
CPU load average 26%, turbo enabled
GPU temps 64
GPU load 71%
RAM load 33%

Bad on CSGO
Bad on Dota
Bad on Ark
Bad on Apex
Fine on R6

Whenever he turns with the mouse, it stutters. Stutters even without turning, in settings moving cursor.

Found the excellent write-up by Darkbreeze on how to do a clean installation of Windows 10. Can any damage be done if we wait till Monday when he'll have his 2tb M.2 SSD?
