[SOLVED] Mouse stutter

Hi

I have this weird issue with some apps on Windows 11 that my mouse is stuttering when moving around. Not sure what else to describe it as, some of the apps I've noticed it so far are EmEditor and Razer Synapse.
I also did latest Windows update and some apps seem to work fine now

Try a clean boot and see if it changes anything - make sure to read instructions and make sure NOT to disable any Microsoft services or windows won't load right - https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/929135/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows

all it does is stops them running at startup, it doesn't delete anything.

if clean boot fixes it, it shows its likely a startup program. You should, over a number of startups. restart the programs you stopped to isolate the one that is to blame.

another possible fix is update GPU drivers.
