Mouse stuttering in games

To describe the issue simply, when I play games such as Fortnite and Overwatch, my mouse in the games stutters and freezes for a few seconds here and there, the game is continuing to run fine as well as my keyboard, literally just my mouse stutters and goes out of use for a second or two. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Mouse is a Logitech g403, also using a Steelseries QcK+ pad
