Mouse stuttering/lagging problem

I recently bought a Steelseries Rival that i used for about 1 month on my main computer, it worked fine for all that time, today me and my borther switched computer and my mouse started stuttering / lagging when i do tiny movements, i usually notice this when i play CSGO where the tiniest movements can make a difference and my mouse isnt working. Any tips on what I should do?

You could try:
Opening device manager, locating the mouse type, right click it and update the driver software

Already have the latest drivers, I just tried using paint for a bit and i noticed that when i drew all of my lines got perfectly straight, almost no edges, thats why it goes choppy when i try getting it out of that straight pattern

I found the problem, i had to go into the Steelseries Engine. press mouse settings, scroll down on the right side and disable angle snapping.. https://gyazo.com/5939c100d653d7d66facd9964aac0252
