I have a Redragon M602 Nemeanlion mouse. I've had it for some months now, with a PC I built. Everything worked fine. Had Windows 7 installed on it and everything was smooth, use it for watching YouTube, playing games on steam, illustrator, Photoshop, other random stuff.

Recently (last several weeks) the mouse has picked up a problem where the mouse will freeze for an amount of time then move to where it should be. It can freeze for under a second or for several seconds, with a random amount of time in between freezes. Hours, when I'm lucky, and sometimes every other second it's freezing up. Extremely annoying. I did upgrade to Windows 10 but it doesn't seem to have made any difference in the problem or its severity.

It does not happen to the keyboard, or any video/audio/games going on. Only the mouse has this problem. The PC itself does not lag and isn't under any heavy pressure, in fact it can be under pretty much no pressure at all and it will happen at varying levels of extremity from a freeze every couple minutes to freezes every other second. The mouse stays lit up, it doesn't lose power at all. No flickering of lights or of the sensor underneath. There's no "ding" sound as if a device has been unplugged and plugged back in. (Which is something I saw other forums using to describe their mouse problems.) I have not tried another mouse but I have tried this mouse on a different computer and nothing was wrong with it.

This really has me at my wit's end. I have looked through many forums trying to figure out a solution to my problem. I have tried,

-Unplugging and plugging back in.
-Trying a different USB plug.
-Making sure USB ports are not able to shut down to conserve energy.
-Uninstalling drivers and reinstalling.
-Raising priority of mouse software in task manager.
-Going to Hardware and Sound > Mouse > Pointers, and turning off pointer shadow and setting Scheme to (None)
-Updating other drivers such as GPU, CPU ect. And making sure I have all the current windows updates.

I really don't know what to do, so. Any help appreciated. Been knocking possibilities off list for days now.

Have you made sure your BIOS is up to date? To be honest, you've introduced a lot of other issues by upgrading while you were on a seemingly faulty mouse as the new platform by Microsoft is a little nitpicky about hardware and accompanying drivers. When you've used the mouse on another machine have you used it for a prolonged period with a system's spec near similar to yours?

On a side note have you used the drivers off their support site? Since you're on Windows 10 I'd suggest you install the drivers under compatibility mode:
Right click installer>Properties>Compatibility tab>Windows XP/Vista/7/8[from drop down menu] though I'd stay below 8 as the drivers are dated around 2010, the height of Windows 7's popularity.

We could benefit from learning of your full system's specs.
