Mouse Wheel Resistance.

I have less than a year old XL-747H and i have some kind of problem with scrolling up and down that it resists and scroll the other way around instead so i have to scroll really hard to go down a bit, this happens when scrolling both ways and it happens in all games, windows, browsers.

I am not sure if that's a mouse problem or something is wrong with my windows?

clean the mouse wheel by opening it. you can search youtube on how to open & clean your mouse.

Are you sure this is related to cleaning the mouse? i have never done this yet i never had this problem...
