mov video files

I'm using after effects cs6 to make a video and render it into quicktime format (mov). The problem is when it only plays in vlc and quicktime player with correct colour. Otherwise, it will play in some sort of inverted colours. Any solutions?

Quality: 50
I've only touched those under lossless, others is default

can you also provide the codec settings? im suspecting its coming from there.
