Move files and OS to new Drive

Hello, I got a new SSD and want to move all my files and the OS to the new drive. I would like to then wipe my old Hard drive. I am a noob when it comes to this stuff, Could somebody help me out? Point me to a guide or something?

There are many "HDD Clonning" apps available. There's good chance the SSD you've bought comes with one as well.
