Hey, so I currently have 1TB of HDD.
But im planning to upgrade to a 120GB SSD for Windows and getting 3TB for all my programs( really all my games and docs).
Is there way for my to do this without reinstalling windows?
Like a program that let's me move movemy windows from HDD to my SSD and move my programs from my 1TB HDD to my 3TB?

Yes - almost any cloning software can do that.
But your data has to be organized accordingly.
OS has to be on a separate partition and used space in it has to be smaller than ssd. Then everything is easy.

If used space in current OS partition is larger than size of ssd, then you'll have do move some data away and uninstall some software until used space is decreased enough for it to fit on SSD.

1. Do NOT get a 120GB SSD. Price vs size heavily favors a 250GB or larger.
A 120GB WILL fill up faster than you think. Even it you try to install "everything" on other drives.

2. How much total space is consumed on your current 1TB drive?
What constitutes that space, exactly?

unless your 1TB was partitioned with separated partitions for operating system (c drive) and files (d drive) you will have a hard time cloning the OS to an SSD, as the cloning software cannot extricate the O/S from everything else.
I suggest getting SSD reinstall windows and essential programs on C: use your 3T into a d: and 1TB as 3rd drive permitting you to copy your personal files to the new drive, as far as steam games etc., you will need to uninstall them from steam menu and reinstall them on the new 3TB drive. You have to go to steam and tell them where you want your files to go. once your old files are moved to the new drive, disconnect the 1TB and get a external case for it, and use it for back up process.,

Ok so for example, I get my Steam to move al my files to my 3TB HDD.
DONE
Now as for moving my Windows to my SSD.
How can I move only my Windows to my SSD? Because basically all of the space I use is thanks to Origin games and Steam games.
So after moving just the game files, would I have to erase everything from my 1tb HDD leaving only Windows to be migrated to my SSD?

Ok guys I saw on post that I can go to settings(I use Windows 10), go to update and security. Use the backup tool to move all my files to my 3TB HDD.
Then use recovery mode to remove all files so I only move Windows to SSD. Move windoes using EaseUS TODO BACKUP.
The get rid of 1tb, start using the SSD and plug in the 3TB drive with all my files there.
Would there be any crashes?
Or do you recommend me just reseting(recovering tool) Windows(deleting all files) and just moving my Windows, then installing everything again.

That series of steps is fraught with fail.

Analyze.
What is actually on your current drive, and what, exactly, is it?

Maybe. I would not count on that actually working.
Try it. See what happens.
You get to be the test case.

And no matter what you use...you cannot fit 1TB of data into a 120GB bag.

But given the plethora of Windows tools that actually do this easily...why would you?
