delete the owner folder in my SSD. Now I am having many issues that looks like it is just loss of data. Can anyone help? (P.S. I do not have a restore point)

Edit: I noticed that my ProgramData folder is missing, I am really worried someone please help

@TomTom111 - I copied it to HDD, deleted it in my SSD, then when I saw it went salty, I put it back. But it seems I have lost program data, for example my chrome is clean, and my old things pinned to the taskbar dont open the designated progream. In short, I have moved it back, but its still screwed. Im using windows 8.1

This is true, there are programs that house program information here, such as options, preferences or whole profiles.
Your start menu information is also stored here, and as you found out, the task bar.

If there is nothing changing from the program data folder, your information should be able to come back if you overwrite everything in the process.

Try restoring the Program Data folder to an earlier date before you made changes.
1. Right click on Program data folder and click on properties
2. Click on Previous Version tab
3. Select the date when you have made changes in the list
4. Click on Restore button and click on Ok.

If this still doesn't work, you can run your installation CD, and repair windows.

The ProgramData folder is not there.

I do not believe I touched the Program Data folder. I searched my PC for it and it is MIA

I found the folder, but I do not see the option to restore a previous version of the folder

If this help describes my problem, my background on my desktop was removed and replaced with a black screen
