Question Moved from UK to USA, PC won't power on.

I've recently moved from UK to USA and brought my desktop with me. I noticed my power supply (x viper 750w) doesnt seem to have a voltage switch so I simply got a new cable for US outlet and attempted to switch on. My MB green light is on but pressing my power on button does nothing. Any help is much appreciated and happy to provide more specs if needed but I feel like I'm doing something stupid.

The PSU should be auto-switching. Make sure all of your components are properly attached. It is common for things to get dislodged during a move (like video cards, memory, etc.).

Thanks I'll double check everything is secured in tomorrow. I did remove my GPU so maybe its loose.
