Moved PC from LAN to home and now GPU and M.2 underperforming?

Yo guys! I am a little lost of what's happened here..

My rig was working just fine on the day of the event: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/13388991

But now I've hooked it back on at home, it's now ended up with crashes when I play games so I did another benchmark and this was the result: https://www.userbenchmark.com/UserRun/13483074

As you can see my videocard and m.2 is alot lower than what it was before, and I haven't touched anything software wise?

Tried reseating cables and stuff but didn't make a difference.

Says you have a lot more running in the background than you did before. Installed any new software or games etc?

I haven't no, I often seem to get 'high background cpu' eventhough I close all I can in task manager. The only thing I can perhaps do is a complete clean install of windows?
